Carpeting is fine but I'm afraid of static during super dry Winter.
I fried som cards years ago with a single "tick"
So I went for real rubber overlay.
Found this at Cosco. Used for garage flooring, 6 , 7 or 10 feet wide (depending on stores). A bit expensive but what's not now!!
Looks aero! lol
Garage floor? Uhhhmmm I'll have to check that one out for my own garage. Great idea Jack
hmmmm, do they do it in brown??
That looks very nice Jack. Excellent idea also :)
Jack how much did this cost you actually? I looked at this a long time ago and OMG was it pricey then!
BSD
Looks a lot like Aluminum Checker Plate.. Nice touch Bud. think think think LOL
Yes they do it in brown (taupe )
Yes it looks very similar to the Alu checkerplates and has a nice sheen.
Yes it is expensive and as far as I know comes only in rolls of 7.5'X20'
BUT
Its real rubber
This is the internet price shipping included , check in stores if avail .
Costco has the best price (retailers sell it for gold)
One roll covers 3 cockpits (sharing)
Or, indulge and redo also all your garage with a few rolls .

There is a several times cheaper version of this in Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire. I used it for the floor cover in my shed. Sure it is not as durable as Costco version, and matte looking rather than shiny, but as far as I remember ~$20 for 4'x8' roll. That's what I put on my sim floor when ready.
:-[ :P
Nick
Too late I redid the whole garage!!!
Will check it out anyway :'(
Well, for the garage floor it's really good stuff if you can afford it. ;) I was looking at it initially too, but then decided to get cheaper one since there is no much traffic in the shed. :idiot:
