Yabadabadooo...! :D
Wow Jack, Looks awesome. For a minute there I thought I was looking at pics of Mau's Pit. I can't wait to see what that will look like with all the window and roof trims in it.

Detailing.... (I know not the right one , stuck on the garage heading!...but lighted and nice)
Friggen awesome... Looks good to me...
Will it be fully functional (Wet Compass) ? I need one too for my project, but that will be the final touches (If there's ever a saying in our hobby)
No way, would be an overkill for a little bouncing guy that is only looked at when setting the Gyrocompass in a GA aircraft!! :D
Can be done though...I guess Maurice is on the case!!
Kicking a*se Jack, sweet as. What a beautiful home for my flapgate!!!
Great stuff, even more motivation to get my bird airworthy again!

You have no idea,..the quality of the click ...no play in it , not an 1/1000 of an inch (or mm).
Everytime I use it ,there is a thought for the power of friendship....May sound corny but I do'nt care...
Are you coming...
(with Leonie of course)
Jack
EDit EDit : just realized the last two lines could be misread...
Re-phrasing:

Good save Jack!
LOL I agree, Nice Save :)
Hahaha well I could answer with good one but I won't go there!
Unfortunately I can't make it this year it's just unfortunate timing. My eldest daughter Rebecca is getting married in July so that's a 4K trip for flights and accommodation. She is in Perth at the moment where she has just made me a GRANDADDY OMG! My second eldest Lauren has been chosen to do some ballet training in Italy also in July so I'm springing some bucks for that one and then in November I am off to the Pan Pacific games in Queensland for the 'veteren's' softball championships. So Canada is a bit out of reach this year but I am definately planning on the year after, I might tie it in with another UK trip hassle my mates Ian Sissons and Hoe Lavery again!!! I've sold 6 sets of rudders this year who knows, a couple more and I might be in luck. It would surely be great to meet all you guys in person and see the hallowed FDS!
Cheers Gwyn

Yep...as soon as I finish my 3 axis full motion platform, collimated display and conversion to DreamLiner.

I've actually thought of a way it could work. Would it not be possible to create small electromagnets around the wet compass and link these to FS through an I/O board so as to energize each relevant electromagnet as the plane changes direction?
In fact here's an old one...
Simkits Releasing Wet Airliner Compass
August 31, 2004
Dutch Simkits are announcing a new addition to their line of instruments. Now available for airliner builders, Simkits launch a Panel Mount Wet Compass. The compass is an original Wet Compass, filled with fluid, as used in many aircraft. Simkits have added magnets, mechanics and electronics to be able to control the Wet Compass directly from controller boards, which connect to the PC via a single USB cable.
Nicely done Mr.Jack !
