Title: Problem Posting
Post by: Trevor Hale on May 16, 2012, 06:39:31 AM
Hi Is anyone else having an issue posting that after you click post it redirects you to a blank page, and or gives you a server error?  But when you go back to the site you notice that your post did actually post?

Yes, exactly as you described.  Thought it was just my computer or something.

Same here. Happened a few times yesterday and today. Just assumed my script blocker was messing with something. Refreshed the page and my post was submitted so didn't worry too much about it...

It happened yesterday or last night with my Ipad, but I thought it was just due to Mac iOS... Otherwise, didn't think it was a real problem though.

EDIT: It happened just now when I try posting on the Get Together thread. It went to a web address not found page...

Just happened for me again. The first time I clicked on Post I got the server error and nothing showed up in the forum. But my draft message was still there when I hit the back button and the second time I clicked on Post, it worked.

Maurice

ps. This message posted OK the first time

Not happening here on my side, all is working well,  and I have adblockplus disabled for this website.

LOL, I just starting posting and everthing was going well. Now I am getting it too, but no error just the page posts when I click save and then a white screen in my browser. I wonder if it has to do with that new AVG tracking plugin thing with FF ???

It was doing it before my firefox updated.  The thing is "Firefox" gives a blank screen  and "IE" gives page cannot be displayed.  Something has changed, I am guessing javascript update or something. I have been trolling the forums looking for a solution.
