I have to spend most of the second week of December in Austin on business and wondering if any builders are around there. It is always great to meet up face to face. I was just down in Orlando a couple weeks ago for a conference and probably only 2 hour drive from Sam and Axel and missed an opportunity to meet up because I hadn't thought about it in advance. So putting this question out there ahead of time this time in case someone is in the area.
