Title: Introduction Greg Looker - North of Melbourne Australia
Post by: glooker on January 14, 2013, 01:05:00 AM
Hello,  I am new to this forum but I have been building my 737 cockpit for some time now.  I have it at stage one which for means it is working.  I have a FDS MIP which is 95% fully working, a 737 TQ that is not motorised but working, an Overhead panel soon to be working with a SYS 1 card on it way, I use a number of GoFlight items for my radios etc, i have two seats which work on my own J rail set up using timber and four large ball bearings.  It is all housed in a FDS wooden shell which is 40% completed.
Stage two is the refinement and up dating of the equipment ie 737 yokes etc.  Stage three will be the graphics.

I would love to hear from other builders and would love to swap stories and learn from other journeys.  I have included one image of the cockpit, i will post more if anyone is interested.

Look forward to some interesting discussions.

Greg
