Title: New project
Post by: jackpilot on April 22, 2013, 01:26:04 PM
Self explaining ..lol

My Ped was the last MDF part in the cockpit.

Was due for a change over to a real aluminum 3 bay part.
Even includes the cup holder (cant imagine how much boeing was charged for that cup holder which has a serial number) :D

Hi jack,
The real 3 bay pedestal is fiberglass not aluminum :) ;D
Cheers

I just realized that when I started to degrease it.
The front part (firebox) is alu and the rest is fiber.

Here it is after two cans of degreaser and zillion sheets of sandpaper.
Priming is next.
