Great post on your BFF Shaker - very nice installation!
I too have been using the BFF Shaker card/software. It is very flexible for setting software parameters. In my setup, I chose to use the PWM output on the card to feed into a ButtKicker amplifier to the ButtKicker transducer. This eliminates the massive "motor/shaker" setup, which for my 737 setup was too complex and overkill. The ButtKicker transducer is compact and provides plenty of transducer movement to induce any amount of vibration into the seat structure.
That said, your installation looks like it will work great. Once again - nice work!

Thanks Mike. The motor style works really well for small aircraft. The ground rumble & engine effects are fantastic. So much so that I'm debating on whether or not I should add a second one to the front of the cockpit as well. :)

Glad to hear that your results are working out. I can see how that approach would be nice for a piston aircraft, with the variations in "rumble". Adding a second system for the Front might be a useful addition. You may also want to explore where you actually bolt down the motor unit, as it may be possible through linkage to induce vibrations to other parts of the structure, without adding additional motor hardware.
