Post by: christoph87 on December 21, 2009, 09:44:43 PM
Hello everybody,

I´m planing to modify my Joystick with slide Potentiometers. What specification do these Poti´s have?
According to one source (http://www.737ng.co.uk/ (http://www.737ng.co.uk/)) it´s 100kOhm and someone else, here in this forum posted sth. about 1000 k Ohm.

Thanks for your help,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Your best off looking for a slide pot with the "Travel" that you want, more then the value.  Regardless I would stick with either 100K or 10K pots.

Try to keep them all the same.

You'll probably want linear pots too - not logarithmic ones.
