Title: New tiller mechanisms now available!
Post by: Aerosim Solutions on February 16, 2015, 05:43:09 PM
Aerosim Solutions announces the "Pro-Tiller"!!! This unit is built tough from quality materials and designed for heavy use in commercial simulators. It features a stainless steel axle, a roller bearing return mechanism, aluminium levers and a PVC body plates. The unit can be supplied with full scale replica resin B737 tiller handles and they easily bolt to a panel up to 6mm in thickness with a drilling template supplied. The mechanism is suitable for most cockpits and I hope to be able to supply Airbus and other Boeing type tiller handles when molds have been made. With the B737 handle the first 6 units have an introductory price of AUD$400.00 + shipping.

very Clever cam design!
Does the axle end fits in a real tiller square opening?
Price without tiller?

Well done
Jack

Hi Jack, yes it will fit a real tiller handle, I have just installed two in my own sim. I can supply the adapter that has the 5/8" square on it. AUD$320 supplied like this with no resin handle.

BTW, three have been sold via the Prosim737 FB page so there are 3 units left.
