Try the big supply houses like Newark, Digikey, etc.

In my country it's not possible to order from one of the big supply houses as a private person. You have to be a bussiness.

Order it to one of those forwarding places or try eBay.

Hi Martin,

Hopefully this is more helpful:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007XBI2OK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007XBI2OK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00)

I've ordered 3-4 hundred of these and they work great.

I can't find them on ebay either. Could you please explain what you mean by "those forwarding places "?

Type bi colour LEDs into ebay there are hundreds of different sizes and colours.

These item numbers are typical examples.

300836737292
291025809861

Just type the number into the ebay search.

What's different about the LEDs you need?

These numbers turn up red / green leds which are fairly common. For the AFDS you need 2 red / amber leds. red / orange would work too but I just can't find them.  I'm fairly sure they exist though.

If you cannot get Bi-colored LEDs in your country, then why not use 4 LEDs, 2 red and 2 amber diagonally opposite eachother?

That's how the real AFDS is lit up. (with bulbs not LEDs)

Picture attached is from a real AFDS, they use 3mm T1 bulbs with silicone rubber sleeves for the red and amber colorsc

Red Yellow are readily available, I would use those. all you need to do is add an orange filter.

Yes, I was thinking along the same lines.

Thanks everyone for thinking along with me

There are companies who will receive your eBay and Amazon shipments, then ship them abroad to your home country.

Or, use all white (clear) LED's and use color diffusers like Boeing does. They do not use colored bulbs/LED's in their switches or annunciators.
