Hi Guys,
Any idea where I can get my hands on a 737 Weber seat manual. I'm not overhauling, my seats are in great nick, I just want to see where the adjustor handles go back on, I've mixed them up.
Any Idea's as to what the letters on the handles stand for?
V I'd say is for vertical adjustment, His for height no doubt, but the other two have me stumped....

V= Vertical (Seat Height)
H= Horizontal (Seat fore/aft)
R= Recline (Backrest Angle)
T = Thigh (Thigh pad angle adjustment)
I think Willow has a video of the adjustments somewhere on his website, i'm on my phone so cant search for it at the moment.

That helped a lot.
I did pick up on one thing, tho. The seats in the video, there is another video showing them bolted down in the guys sim, but they are the wrong way around.
He has the Co-Pilots seat in the Captains side and vice versa. You can tell by the swivel arms on the wrong side.

I'm nearly finished doing a quick overhaul of my 2 new Weber seats.
I paint stripped them and undercoated and put two solid coats of colour on each of the seats.
I took all the seat covers off and hand washed them in Martha Gardeners Wool mix and sewed up a few little tears in the bottom of the seat covers.
I am also recovering the arm rests in a really nice imitation grey leather and using the same material to re-upholster the head rests as well.
I bought a super set of J-Rails from Gwyn at Aerosim Solutions, a while back, and I've mounted my webers on the base plates and Gwyn manufactured a positioner for me for both seats.
They've come along better than I'd expected and I should have them finished and in my sim by weeks end, if I can get a bit of time.,
Trouble is, we got friends coming to stay for a week, bloody inconsiderate, I thought.....hahaha

That is a great vid. Only problem is, my seats are slightly different to them and the mechanics are, too.
It doesn't matter, anyway, now. The seats have been stripped, cleaned, painted and mounted to new J-Rails.
Only today, I installed them in the sim.
They look like a million dollars.

Weber seats do not have rails; they have claw feet. Frank altered the claw feet to fit the rails. Rails are usually only on the Ipeco seats.
Frank will correct me in relation to his conversion if I am incorrect. WilloW
