Hello,
I am new to this forum but have been involved in 737 simulator project for many years.
Recently me and my friend "engineered" our own MIP and Overhead gauges which I would like to present here.
Instruments are driven by standard digital RC servos.
5V integrated backlight is powered directly from the servo controller port through a splitter cable.
Custom design and modifications also possible.

Hi Tom, Nice to have you here...
Good luck with your new products.

Just my two cents.
I have one of these gauges (brake pressure) and I am very happy with it. He actually worked with me to adjust the hole dimensions and mounting layout so that it fits my Simworld MIP.
Very easy to set up in prosim and very simple to get working within minutes.

Great Product....Tom is a very good guy. :)
OK, my two cents worth. Why do folks build gauges that don't fit the existing hole or panel space that the real gauge occupies. It makes building scale cockpits so difficult.
If fact, if the real gauge is round and you can use a standard aircraft panel clamp, why not design the replacement gauge that way so you can easily add or remove the gauge for maintenance?
Hello,
Yes, it is possible. I actually tried that...and abandoned the design.
Believe me or not building a gauge in the form of a cylinder which diameter is only slightly bigger than the opening is way more difficult to manufacture which would translate to a higher price.
