Title: Hi everybody
Post by: conicio on March 12, 2010, 03:03:36 AM
I'm from Madrid, Spain.
Actually I'm building a 737-800NG cockpit.
I use OpenCockpits hardware as I think they're the most affordable and powerfull stuff that exists over the Internet (and my electronics knowledge and abilities aren't so advanced)
My simulators are FS9, FSX and XPlane 8 (I own a lot more but these are the most played indeed)
And the software: for the glass cockpit is ORION (SISMO SOLUCIONES), avionics is Gauge Composer (Juan Ramon Ascanio), systems L4SC for the overhead (L4SC),IOCP rather than FSUIPC, Active Sky, FSBuild... Just waiting for the release of the FMC and MCP software from L4SC.
I have a Triple Head2Go for the Glass Cockpit and a projector for the visuals showing in the wall. My project is for 6 PC (actually 3) 3 projectors on a circular screen... hope soon!!!
I know I'm missing something, but alzheimer doesn't let me remember more  ;)
Thank you to all the people that supports this forum.
We'll see very soon.

PS: Sorry for my poor english

Hello Conicio, Welcome! Your English seems fine to me. I am very interested to find out more about the different software packages you are using. Could you tell us with the software you are using, what systems do you have working?

Hi there and welcome.
I'm curious about the Orion software. What is actually in it? Is it just the PFD? What about the ND, EICAS and logics?
