Depending if you are using Fs9 or Fsx, there are different downloads.

You also want a licensed copy of FSUIPC so you can expand and build on it.

These individuals put a lot of time into building these programs and providing product and tech support. Unless they are offering a free version, best that you pony up the cash.

Besides...these programs are pretty inexpensive when you compare the value you get in return.
