any suggestions how to make the cornered edges of the 737 EFIS panel round buttons and thumb bevel?

can this be done on acrylic or another plastic? would ballnose bit work?

Best way is with a CNC Machine..  A router may work, but will require a lot of experimentation.

I think acrylic is better .

The paint will hurt to hang on the delrin.....
