Hello Builders,
I need assistance replacing my 767 Yoke aileron potentiometer.
I managed to open up the yoke and I understand the mechanism.
I don't know how to remove the potentiometer it self ?
I'm attaching pictures.
Any assistance will be appreciated:
How do I take out the 'Golden' gear ?

What type of potentiometer is needed ?
Thank you.

Updated !
It looks to me that the plate holding the potentiometer in place is being held with a circlip. Remove that and the plate will likely come out to show that the gear is being held on the pot with a grub screw.
I have never seen one first hand but from the pics that looks like what is going on in there.

Not sure how to remove the circlip....
It seems very complicated...
There must be easy way to get to the aileron potentiometer...
Hi
The circlip is an easy way. But you need a tool to remove it.
