Title: Issue uploading photos with post
Post by: fsaviator on January 01, 2018, 07:36:03 PM
Trevor,
When I try to upload multiple photos with my post I get the following error:

This page isn't working
www.cockpitbuilders.com (http://www.cockpitbuilders.com) is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

If I try to upload with less photos, I get a message that I have already uploaded that post.  Only once I delete all the photos will it let me post and then I can go in and modify the post to add the photos.

Is there a size/number of attachment limit?

I kind of figured that was the problem.  I wish the forum software would automatically resize.'

Thanks!

Warren

Hi Warren the Software does resize to a point.  It doesn't actually resize the data just the picture to keep the look of the forum.  If everyone attached 10MB photos our bandwidth charges would be through the roof lol.

If your photos are less than a couple meg you should be ok.

Also there is a PHP limitation set In Apache which I have already increased to the max.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I know it's a pain.
