Title: ACE - Officially buyer beware
Post by: Garys on July 11, 2018, 06:51:36 PM
After many years of poor service and complaints about Aircraft Controls Engineering  (ACE) from cockpit builders from all over the world, they have been  listed on the Ontario consumer protection beware list.

From what I've heard in the past, ACE were a good supplier. I have used one in the past, and they seem to be very well built.

Shame to see what happened, but I guess they might just be overloaded. You have FlyEngravity which almost received the same *fraud flag*. Something doesn't really add up... Sounds like half the story to me...

Sorry, but Ace have been a shocking supplier for some years now. This is not a recent or isolated instance, indeed there are many threads on forums with complaints about Ace. The full story is that Ace over promise, under deliver, fail to communicate etc etc
