Don't you need the SOP Jack?
A checklist is just a list to check that you have done everything you should have done at each stage of the flight and indeed a checklist is usually not comprehensive.
I have the SOP from a well known airline ...... ????

Oh cool you found it!

Hopefully ill get to show it to you one day when we fly together! Ill try to type up a checklist you all can use.  Most probably have manuals and all however this will be the way we do it.
