Need help sourcing electronics interface for F18 UFC...

Trying to figure out a clean way to interface my UFC...its a monster!

I have a solution (EOS) for all the "normal" panels, but this one is special.

What I have to drive:

22X 16 seg alphanumeric LED Displays
11X 7 seg displays
6X Output LEDs
19X Tact switches
3X Rotary Encoders
1X 3POS Toggle

Hrm.
