FlyElise Immersive Calibration Pro is free to download and setup projectors, it is quite simple to do following the instructions carefully. Immersive Display Pro is a free download that permits FS to apply the warping and this is the software a licence is required to remove the watermark. Highly recommended and now widely viewed as the best warping software. This IS worth considering!! Cheers Gwyn

Looks very interesting , but seems to be only  for OpenGL applications ? (I believe FSX is a DirectX appli).
I use fly elise , but didn't know that fly calibration  was free, good new !

Using Fly Elise Immersive Display Pro with P3D on my 3 projector WideView setup.  It corrects for fisheye distortion perfectly.  Very happy with the results.

I echo the same as Fred.   I use PixelWix (same as Immersive Pro).  The results are fairly good, and the warping/blending procedure is relatively easy to accomplish.   The projector calculator is a great tool for getting your projectors setup correctly the first time.
