FSUIPC & WideFS transfer

I have both (registered) on my present  FS server networked to 4 clients
I want to use a new server (second hand) which has FSUIPC and WideFS installed also, but registered under another name

How to proceed ?
Both use versions which are  "before" the certificate issue, and I have no specific need to update to the latest versions, or should I ?

Hi Jack, you should always keep up to date with FSUIPC especially in a Prosim/P3D set up. You should be able to update FSUIPC regardless of who it is registered to, you should be able to put your own reg number in on the front FSUIPC interface.

(besides sticking to FS9 with good addons...)

Hi Jack,

to have that copy in your original own registration you only need to copy the FSUIPC4.key file from your Modules folder to the new server's Modules folder and overwrite the existing one. Then everything is back to normal. That will not change any settings in the INI file.
