I have a complete suite of Sismo products in my sim. I wrote them 3 weeks ago for technical support, no answer since then - even after a second request.
On Friday of last week I emailed the tech group along with a private email to the head engineer.  Both emails came back with a bounce message saying they were closed for the holidays until a week ago, so they haven't even updated their email auto response.

Any word on the street that they are having issues?

Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim, like every European company, they just go on vacation for 3 to 4 weeks and usually they leave their city to go to the beach resorts. We can only dream of doing something like that back in the US. Whole Europe is close until end of August.

Yes, the old good Continent with 6 weeks vacation and 36 working hours per week.
No offense to our European friends, just a high degree of jealousy from back here.
Acquired rights are acquired rights!

Cheers
Luis

You were so right. They just responded last night.

And you might think their vacation idea is great - until the economy collapses from national debt. We are on our way in the US if we are not careful  :)

Thanks,
Jim
