Hey Jack,

I could have used that Plate last week.   After I saw the movie Sully, I went home and roughly flew the route Sully flew out of  KLGA.   At 250 kts 2,700 ft AGL I chopped power to both engines, turned ON the APU, remembering the movie, I thought for a few moments, went to Flaps 2,  then made the turn toward the Hudson.  Speed slowly came down and was at 180 kts over the left side of the bridge, much like what I saw in the movie.  At 50 ft above the water, I brought back power and flew to Tampa.   It was an interesting flight.  It seems clear that if Sully had made any different decision, the outcome would have been pretty bad.

Now that I have your Plate....   I'll have to try this one again  :)

Not my plate, got it on another forum.
Love the cook goose transition...and the MDA!
