Sim intercom software in the boiler

Hi fellows

Some of you have heard about me as I've made FSTRACKR software (http://fstrackr.net) and someSim utilities (http://flightsimsoft.net)

I'm Mario, from France

I'm creating a new utility for my own called Sim Intercom, to be used with the Pedestal ACP panel (or any button at my choice)

This utility works trough FSUIPC, as Mr. DOWSON has allocated some offsets for my apps.

The Sim Intercom is a software package with 2 programs inside.

The first one connects to FSUIPC and when the desided button is pressed, the software starts broadcasting the MIC sound (the pilot or FO voice) over the network and stops when the same button is released.

The second is the receiver program, when it detects a flow in the network comming from the transmitter (the first program) it starts playing (almost) in real time what they you's saying in the cockpit.

The first idea was to tell my wife that I need a beer when she's watching TV while I'm in my cockpit as the receiver is running in my wife's laptop, LoL.

You can run one instance of transmitter in the pc where your MIC is plugged and as many instances as you wann in your networked PC's

I Use FSUIPC Offset 0x736E to handle the transmitter I.E. When I push the PA button in my ACP panel, I send to that offset a value of 200 wich starts the transmitter and awake the listeners, and when I press PA again it sends 201 to the offset wich stops the transmitter.

So when I'm almost ready to pushback, instead of say something like "Crew, take place and ready to taxy", I say "Dear can you bring me a fresh beer please ?", My wife gets crazy with my ideas.

Ok so in the boiler the software works like a charm, but I'm already tying some things in the code, when ready I'll release it via http://flightsimsoft.net

P.S. Will show soon a little piece of software that will play sound responding to FSUIPC offsets changes, I'm already working in that software bu it will take some time to get alive and fully configurable.
