Some of you at Worldflight 2016 know that I recently came into possession of a 3-axis trim gauge of unknown origin. The trick was determining how to drive it correctly. Some suggested using an H-Bridge, which is perhaps the most correct way but I decided to ignore traditional convention and try something different.

The end result:
I ended up driving the "Trim Pitch" indicator by creating 2 PWM channels using a Teensy, and driving one of those PWM channels inverse of the first channel. The final result is a smoothly-operating pitch indicator with little to no inductive kick, driven directly by a Teensy 3.2 card.
