Gas strut implementation -tube edition. What dont i understand?

Ok. I implemented the tube strategy for the gas dampers (prototypes) and they work really well.
But i really dont understand why the strut can push the yoke back to center from being pulled max and not have anough newton force to pull the yoke back from max forward position?!?

The left gasdamper push it to center with ease and good feel but the right one dont have the force if i dont help it little and then it doesent feel as strong as the other side.

They have the same angle?

What am i missing here?

My solution will be to add another strut on the right side, but i am afraid ot will become to powerful then.

Looking at the image Kurt I would say you are forgetting about gravity, one appears to be pushing uphill while the other is pushing downhill. So one is getting the weight of the yoke against it more than the other.

Just an observation that could be totally wrong. I think it needs to be seen in the flesh to make a more informed suggestion.

I will post a video, but i actually thought about gravity could be a component!
I also think that the 150nm force has a small tolerance, what i mean by that is that there is probably just small weight that differs from going solid to not push at all. :)

But! I had the right strut placed at the same level as the left one and it was the same result...

Looking at the picture it seems that when the yoke column is at its resting point, that each gas strut is at its mid extension/retraction point. Is that correct?

There's the problem. They are working against each other, canceling the centering-forces.

Sorry i misunderstood,
The gas struts are fully extended when the yokes are in nutral position. It works really well but to weak when pushing the yokes forward. (The yokes wont come back without help)
