I am looking for some help, and I didnt see any other place to post this.
I need to wire 2 LED's to a fan with 12v. The Fan is software controlled in when it turns on.
there is a 330 Ohm resistor for the last LED  as normal. I need the LED's to turn on as the Fan turns on. (No Switch) but Im having trouble coming up with a suitable wiring scheme.
Here is the issue. when the Fan Turns on , the speed is controlled by the board at 100% or 50% fan speed depending on what I set it to.Can anyone help me figure this out?

Thanks
I left a scheme image of what I have and what Im trying to do
