Prop sync indicator

I'm building a prop sync indicator, but the measurements I've come up with look out of proportion when I 3D print a model, so I'm hoping RayS can provide the following dimensions as indicated on the attached sketch.

As you can see, it is a square (?) block of a certain thickness, with the corners sliced off, and a round bezel of a certain depth.
