Just placed my first order with them to finish up my pedestal.  I'm curious if you've worked with them before, how long does it take them to process and ship out orders.  I basically ordered a few I/O cards and 4 IDC panels and cables.  Nothing complex like an entire pedestal or overhead.

Thanks.

FredK

They are quick to ship....my experience has been within a week or so.

Just dont expect any support.
They tried to tell me that the CTs288 encoder will not work directley with the mastercard.
Contrary to the statement made on their website. When i informed them where that statement was they the refused to have anymore communication with me. So i have now wiped them off my preferred list.
