Hi Jack,

yes i did, thank you for the effort you put in this. The price is ok for that wide area eye-candy.
I will order that stuff directly next month.

What do you think about that: my father was a lathe operator in his early profession ... and i know someone who has a lathe machine ! I can ask him to produce hundreds of this CB knobs (out of cheep wood ??) ..... Do you have a sample of one (or another here in the board) ??

This has been done already as well as plastic dummies.
The sheer number (around 350-400) needed for each set  (you are looking at three to four thousands units to be produced for the needs of the few guys interested here) might turn the idea into a nightmare.
There are actually several possibilities to get very nice  molded repros .
I am working on that, and should be able to report in a short while.
Be patient, will be worth the wait.
