XorionFE stopped by today with a trck full f goodies.

Thankfully he stuck around and helped me get a few things put together.

Now I'm motivated!

You might as well change your mailing address to the garage. You won't be coming out of there in the next while. Looks like a good and fast start to a sim.

Now start flying!  Building and flying is the most important part of this hobby.

Yep, I'm a bit more motivated now.  You EICAS is going in tonight and I'll finish the MIP wiring I stopped this week.

Next up is the overheads.  Need to get the annunciators to start the wiring, then the panels and as soon as I get a count of the switches and knobs I still need I'll order those.

Congratulations on your new arrival.  Your flightdeck is coming together nicely.   Keep the photos coming...

PLEASE!!!! For the love of flight simulation, never EVER use Molex connectors if you don't want a heap of problems along the way. I cannot recall the number of intermittent problems I have experienced over the years with Molex connectors.

Being a slow learner, I figured I would try again to use them in my sim and they lived up to my expectations by causing me untold grief until I replaced them all.

So do yourself a big favor and stay away from them. In my old field service life, I cursed profusely every time I worked on a tape drive that was using Molex connectors. If I touched anything, a return visit was guaranteed because Molex connectors do not like to be touched and the problems were always intermittent, even in my sim.

You've been warned  :)
