Hi guys,
I'm keenly interested in building a complete 737 cockpit. Can i get some advice on where to start and what i need and how to put them together,  i already have the funds necessary and the PC systems but i'm completely new to flight simulators but i want to start learning as quickly as possible as i recently got hired by a company that does airline simulation training. I'm very good at computers also so building the PC's at least is not an issue, any assistance will be greatly appreciated guys!

Are you building an NG? If you have cash you can simply purchase a kit from a company like flightdeck solutions and you will be flying in no time. That is the fast/easy route.

otherwise, the options are endless, from scratch building everything to interfacing real 737 hardware.

This is a very large question. My suggestion to you is start reading all you can on this site. There is a lot and I mean a lot of good information here just have to start looking. Start playing with the search function it takes a little practice to get the wording to your questions to show the results you are looking for and start planning. I can not say enough about this very first step.

ok thanks guys i'm more interested in building it from scratch for the learning experience as i'm a IT  tech and recently got hired as a Simulator tech. So i need as much help as i can get as quickly as possible. I'll be checking and searching this forum and many others regularly, i'f i have any more questions i'll post them here.

Welcome and we all started from scratch.
Important is to do your homework and search the NET  first for the topics you need to be helped with before just going on fishing expeditions. People here are very dedicated and helpful but dislike when answers are obvious to find but one is just too lazy to RTFM. You know that from the IT world.
Good luck ad this hobby has many alternatives, the choice is yours

I'm very new into this myself, so the opinions of others may be more meaningful.   But, I think you need to slow down a little.  Do I understand correctly that you're brand new to flight simulation and intend to entirely skip the desktop simulator phase of the hobby?  Not conventional, but I guess it could be done that way.  I give you high marks for ambition and confidence.

The subject your starting into is absolutely enormous, and not something you're likely to come to grips with in a few days or weeks.

I sense that you're young (could be wrong), and perhaps your youthful enthusiasm and excitement have the best of you at the moment.  Yes, read as much as you can, study the many options you have, then figure out which one might work best for you.  Only then can your work actually begin.  Then you'll have even more to read.

Hope you can come up with a workable plan.  Me, I'm still struggling to come up with a viable way to do a B737-300 project.  Very few options for this; I hope yours is easier and that you'll eventually come to success with it.
