Hi friends!
I am getting very close to completing my throttle build and I wanted to get your feedback on how it looks. It's been about 4 months of trial and ERROR but I think it's turning out quite nicely.
Except for finishing the backlighting and a few missing pieces, ( well they aren't really "missing" I just haven't made them yet) it is almost finished.
It's amazing what we can accomplish with each other's help, advice and encouragement and I want to thank all of you who freely share your experience with us rank amateurs to help us fulfill our vision of whatever it is we want our sims to be. I never could have gotten this far without this great community of like-minded people.
I hope to have the throttle done in a couple of weeks and will share some more photos of how I got to this point soon.

Excellent job, Craig and I like the pic of the little FO on your lap.

Great looking throttle!  Your craftsmanship looks fantastic.   I think by your pictures you have definitly passed the "rank amateur" stage though and are well on your way to being a certified builder (or is certifiable the correct term?).   You have joined the ranks of us nutcases who obsess over these things.   Thereis no going back  ;D

NIce work.

Super!
I have to agree with Scott, you are a good builder.

Beautiful work on the TQ !  Inspiring to say the least.  Perhaps next year I might attempt to do something similar.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Craig for sharing your pictures. Your TQ looks very good and I believe it's a lot of work.
