I am working towards completing a 3 projector 270 degree setup with an F-18C and Huey UH-1 platforms based on DCS World. I am using Leo Bodar cards for inputs and Arduino for lights and displays. I have been in and out of the hobby since Falcon 4.0 and Janes FA-18 were new. Thanks to a friend I had a chance to fly both the F-18 and F-14 simulators at a nearby Navy base. That kinda took the wind out of my sails for a few years. The old 19" CRT just couldn't suspend disbelief anymore. After a few years in a flying club and along comes the Occulus rift and inexpensive gaming projectors and its as if I never lost the bug.
