Good Afternoon Gents - (and Ladies, and those of you who do not identify as a specific gender)

It's that Time again that we Start to put together the Roster for Worldflight 2019. And at this time we are not taking flight BIDS yet.  That will be a separate thread.  right now we are just looking at the availability.  For those that are staying on-site, "you know who you are" we assume you are available 24/7 for spot fills and support services.

A was tested Last year and we were extremely successful with the Twitch streaming we will be fielding the observer seat in the cockpit to monitor the chat and engage the viewers of the stream passing on questions to the crew flying so they don;t have to monitor the chat themselves.  We will be doing this on as many flights as possible so please remember first and foremost this is an event to raise money for the charity secondly its flying to the destinations.  depending on the turn out this year I am hoping to not make it mandatory to fulfill the 3rd seat responsibilities, however I would like to see everyone take a turn to help keep the chat engaged.  This position will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to "Text messages" through Vpilot and the filing of the flight plans.

*** NOTE *** No Pilots will be added to the Roster until confirmation of their Personal donation to the charity has been made.

For all who are signing up, Please Remember you are responsible for your own accommodations and travel to and from HQ.

No limitations 24/7. In fact the following week I have meetings at ERAU DAB so I'm staying in Florida after the event.

RayS

No limitations. (Although people may not appreciate the body odor wafting through the flight deck if I'm sleeping in the Loo this year...)

Also, add James Twomey to the roster. We are flying in together on Friday and will arrive Friday evening 9:30-ish local time.

Ray Sotkiewicz

fsaviator

As it stands, I'm available late on the 5th through the end.

Hi all.

It would be helpful for those that are coming and going throughout the week if you could indicate specific times as Fred has done.
If you don't have exact times yet that's fine, just be aware that I'm going to be guessing entering you availability into the program.

Hi,
I will make the trip to Florida this time (Fred I will miss out there this time)

Will be in FL, Saturday to Wednesday - 100% of the time, I can take any slot, night or day.

Thursday & Friday, I am still only tentative, I can take the 3rd seat if I am there.

Regards,
Vincent

I'm looking forward to meeting ya'll and helping raise money for Johns Hopkins!

Fellow pilots: I'm a lurker on the form but you'll know me better as Ray's boss.

See you in a few weeks!

Hi Trev and everyone.
I finally was able to get all set. I will be available from Wednesday November 3 until Sunday (Nov 7). I would drive into Sarasota Wednesday morning and be there in the early afternoon. Got to be back in Miami Sunday afternoon. Hope to see you all this year with some  SFW (Scottish Fine Water) for a toast.

Hi Joaquin,
I think you have your dates mixed up. Wednesday is the 6th, and Sunday is the 10th this year. So is your availability Wednesday to Sunday?
