Help with two issues in my cockpit

Good morning

Two issues some of you may be able to help on.  I'm using Prosim737 v3.36 with P3D v4

First - I have one of the first Revolution Simproducts motorized TQs produced - controlled via SIOC in Prosim737.  All the functions seem to work for the most part.  My MCP is the CPFlight 737NG V3 Ethernet version.  I am aware that officially, Prosim-AR ceased to support the RS Motorized TQs somewhere around v 2.1, and that is why I continue to use a SIOC instance to control the TQ.

On take-off using TOGA, with A/T armed, I spool up to 40% and press TOGA.  Plane accelerates, and then throttles cut-out forcing me to increase power to Take-off thrust manually.  Once I'm airborne everything seems to work fairly well in regards to moving levers, speed brakes and spoilers etc.

On approach and just prior to touchdown, when I activate A/T disengage on the TQ, the A/T switch auto disengages on the MCP, but the TQ thrust lever motors do not disengage.

Second - due to limited AXIS on my Leo Bodnar card, I have mapped the Tiller to the CPFlight MCP Tiller connection.  It calibrates fine in Prosim737.  In sim however it doesn't respond forcing me to use my rudders to steer during taxi.
