Hi  :) ,
I am in process of installing/configuring thermal printer WH-E19 but unfortunately with not much success. I intend to use this printer with PMDG 737/777 aircraft (MSFS 2024).

What I did:
1. I connected printer to 12V 4 A PSU which appears to be OK; no smoke visible or strange smell ;) .
2. I Connected USB port to one of the powered USB-3 HUB-s. I did hear familiar sound once device is connected to windows computer (Windows 11).
3. In the windows Device Overview I did not see any new printer(s)
4. I installed WH-PosSetupV1.2.3 .exe file which should be the driver-software. After installation I've got a new printer Brightec WH-POS80.
5. My attempt to print a test page (from Windows) resulted in unreadable never-ending printout which I had to interrupt to save thermal paper.

Is there someone who did manage to get above printer correctly working?
Which steps did I miss and have to do for happy ending?

Thanks for your help.
Gr, Mladen
