Looks like an RC Simulator Trainer.  I doubt it would be anything like what we are using now, but who knows.

this one is the new simulator http://www.aeroflyfs.com/index.php/en/
i bought it just after the release in january. graphic is amazing with high framerates, great lightning and realistic flight dynamics
BUT: at this momten it is only a vfr flight simulator.  no radio navigation, no deep system simulation, only day-time and the weather engine is also very limited.  Just the basic instruments are simulated. It seems to be a very good basic for later versions.
