It's a scam Sam. Keeps popping up under a different name. The software is called Flight Gear and is open sourced (no charge to use) Link: http://www.flightgear.org/ these folks  (ones form the link you provided) have stolen it, packaged it and are selling it., yes something you can go to their site and get for free.... SCUM!!!!
