Hi Bob,

Thank you for posting the list and I hope many other members here will join the pilot roster, as well as that we'll get many donations from those who cannot make it. I know Trevor and Cockpit Builders is a sponsor, but is it possible to have other company sponsors like some of the other teams do?

It would be very nice to have companies' sponsor the event with either monetary donations to the charity organization and/or to offer items for use during the event or as prizes for pilots and donors. Of course all of this is for a good cause, but prizes help encourage others to participate...

Thanks again

John

Ps. spelling correction for me "Combs"

Wait, what?  Mike Leavy?  Does Sam have a round dial version of his sim available? :)

I'm bringing my iPad with Foreflight. We can use it as EFB, but there's also an interface tool that will send the FSX GPS location over wifi to be displayed on Foreflights moving map.
Less than 4 years to retirement......

My guess is there will be no shortage of iPads and foreflight :-)

We need lots!

I picked up a Stratus gen 1 yesterday for cheap.  Won't help with the sim flight, but at least I'll have weather in the cockpit in the flight down....

Going to try real hard to make it down there for this event. I am assuming it's Nov 3rd- 10th, correct?

Hi guys,
I just moved from Missouri to Florida this month. i would like to stop by the worldflight event to meet some of you guys in person. Due to schedule issues at work I missed the FDS openhouse last year and believe that this would be a great opportunity to meet the people I have been reading post from during the last three years. The only member here I have had the opportunity to meet so far is Scott Wegner, in Chicago.
Is it still possible to assist to the worldflight event?
Thanks

Roberto
