Long thread pots and gears

So, finally looking at starting work on the 737TQ. But...
I need potentiometers with a thread that's about 10mm, I'm struggling to find them? Has anybody got a UK/EU source for them?

Also, where can I find plastic gears that have a 6mm diameter in the centre? I could not find them!

Is a shaft of 60 mm long enough?

Sorry, my mistake. I meant long thread pots as in the thread needs to be 10mm
