I am a game developer, the CEO of AGI, and am now getting into building my own homemade Cessna 150 cockpit, and perhaps expand and build more than one. I plan to use the money i make from my company to fund my projects of building simulator cockpits for home use. I might one day buy a huge warehouse and turn it into a place for people to fly simulated aircraft in cockpits, static and full motion.
