problem with 737 flaps level cockpitsonic and xplane.

Hello, we are in process of change from fsx to xplane 10 in our simulator, we have this problem as you see in the video with flaps setting, ALL WORK PERFECT IN FSX, BUT NOT IN XPLANE,

from cockpitsonic they can´t help us....

any idea?
