after sales service offered cockpitsonic is extremely bad,, months waiting solution with backwards compatibility between hardware and x-plane.
once he hands you the merchandise he forgets about you,, longs time between emails and solutions. let a disaster !!!

That is sad! Why good companies don't care much after the sale? Customer support is the most important part of every business, hope customer support on the flight  simulation business gets better, I'm seen other companies going the same route, not good!
