Opencockpits MCP not working and no support from vendor... Could you HELP me?

Hi dear,

It's a long time I'm trying to solve a problem I have on the MCP but Opencocpits support is missing (they only say "try on other PC" or "try other power supply"). This is the problem I have:

After I open SIOC the MCP powers on, but after some seconds it powers off again and so on  :'(

I asked Opencockpits to send them for repair, or they can send me the PCB to replace but i have no asnwer.
How can i test components by myself? Do you have any idea?
