Oh my god! After trying led strip and having a mess with the setups i tried the aircraft bulbs from a tip here from the forum. The bulbs are small!!!! Tjey fit into my panel like a glove! Its so cool to have the same backlight strategy as the real panels. And its a morr clean setup, i will do this to all my panels. Hehe

Most guys prefer LEDs, but I'm sold on the authenticity and warm look of real incandescent bulbs. I'm using them "by default" since I'm working with an actual aircraft cockpit and all the original panels are incandescents.

Keep us posted, and we like pics. :)

I use them to repair my OEM Panels, Peter don't forget the original bulbs for the Korry's.

Thanks for info. But i bought the korry replicas from open cockpits. So they are all set (but with led)

But i finally made progress with my backlight!!!
The war against the mcp is coming to an end! :)
5v from powersupply and bulbs gives reeeeealy nice backlight. The pictures dont do it justice. Looks awesome in real world.
