i have an intreat in parts if ut goes that route ..what in it is from aircraft and what items are simulated.. i would like yokes rudders and linkages if in tact

Yeah I would say stick to the sim.

Because in all likelihood if you *have* to sell it, you will be parting it out... not many buyers for one-shot deals based on what I've seen on the boards and eBay.  And it would make me cry to piece out anything I did.
