Open Cockpit Radios: Tuning frequency from ATC programs ?

Does anyone know if there is a way to get 3rd party ATC or first officer programs to actually tune the frequency of Open Cockpit Radios ?

I have tried to get the radio to tune the frequency on the radio panel on an aircraft in P3DV3, and it does momentarily, then changes back.

So, does anyone have some information on this problem ?

Found that I had to change the SIOC program and works perfectly.
