Wow, that Paro landing was great. I actually have that on my list of airports we'll be visiting on my upcoming Tour of Asia and Europe. There is a great rendition of Paro for P3D V4.

I tried it and was not aware that there was a STAR coming that other way, I landed up the hill and it was challenging trying to drop enough height over those mountains without picking up too much speed.

It is considered one of the 10 most difficult landings in the world.

Pity the vid wasn't high def, but it was plenty good enough...

Hi Nico,

Have you ever thought of using "Butt Kickers" under your seats? I know you got motion, but I am guessing it does not provide fast rumbles or rattles like those caused by ground or air vibrations? I have one attached to my IPECO seat at the bottom rear for years now and it is a world of difference from not having one...

Let me just say this:

I have a total of 4 earthquake Q10B powered by 2 earthquake 1000w amps.

Everything from the flaps, spoiler, taxi bumps, landing gear and even the n2 vibrations during engine start are simulated with amazing vibrations from different tactile transducers depending on the origin of the sound.

WOW! That's even way better, so you feel it all, plus the motion...oh yeah!

Just curious, have you made a behind the scenes video yet? If not, please do as I'd like too see everything and the transducers.

I tried a full flight in my cockpit today, VEBN Varanasi to VPQR Paro.

I tried the same approach, as in the first video and it was certainly a struggle. I overshot the runway, so did a go-around.
After two more shots at it, I was on climb-out and hit the mountainside, after becoming a little disoriented.

I hope I do better when we actually fly that route later this month....

I would suggest buying the addon VNKT, is a beautifull 300 nm leg into paro.

Alternatively, if you want to practice the visual rw5 app, just set up this route:
